- Q-How Often does Wicked Hawt come out?
- A-Wicked Hawt comes out every 4 months. The circulation is 5 thousand, half of which are sent to an “industry” mailing list of record companies, motion picture soundtrack compaines as well as media buyers for all sorts of musical genres.
- Q- Is it true that Pete Townshend and Chuck D read Wicked Hawt?
- A-Yes. Wicked Hawt has a way of reaching many different people, famous or not.
- Q- I’m in a band, will you write a story about us?
- A- Maybe, What’s so different about your band that our loyal readership would find interesting. If it’s something odd, or funny or downright unbelievable we will probably cover it. If it’s simply because you formed a band…probably not.
- Q-How much does it cost to have my track included in an issue’s compilation?
- A-Nothing. If your track is chosen for the CD compilation, you perform at four (4) Wicked Hawt showcases over the 4 month shelf life of that issue.
- Q-So you’re telling me that in exchange for a track on the Wicked Hawt magazine compilation, which gets put in the hands of music biz people world wide, and beloved by the opinionated residents of Boston’s North shore…all’s I gotta do is perform at 4 showcases?
- A-Yes
- Q- Im a writer, will you publish something i’ve written?
- A-Maybe, what’s it about?
- Q- Do you accept free lance photography?
- A- Yes
- Q-Im a graphic designer… would you hire me?
- A-Yes, so long as your sense of design fits and you are knowledgeable in the programs we use.
